When the door colour is turned off, the refrigerator displays Lux Gray on the upper door and Lux White on the lower door. The matte glass features a stone pattern, allowing you to appreciate the natural beauty of the door material even when the colours are not illuminated.
Q2. How can I set different colours for each refrigerator door?
After selecting your refrigerator in the LG ThinQ app, navigate to Color Collection → My Selection to customize the colour of each door. The upper and lower door colours are categorized separately, making it easy to create a harmonious combination.
Q3. How long does the selected colour stay illuminated?
The selected colour remains illuminated for 30 minutes after the last door opening or proximity sensor detection. You can adjust the display duration through the ThinQ app. To extend the display time, approach the refrigerator from approximately 60 cm away.
Q4. How do the Bluetooth speakers work with the Music Collection?
Press and hold the BT Speaker button at the top of the refrigerator for 3 seconds to activate the Bluetooth speaker. You can then select built-in music themes from the Music Collection through the ThinQ app. You can also connect your smart device to the speaker and stream music from your preferred music app.

The panels feature heat-dissipation technology, which keeps heat generation minimal. After remaining illuminated for an extended period, the surface may feel slightly warm to the touch.

The LED components used in the door panel have an approximate lifespan of 10 years. This estimate is based on usage research indicating up to 41 refrigerator door openings per day, with the LEDs operating for 30 minutes after each opening. This results in approximately 11 hours of daily LED operation.
Q9. Can the LED panel on the refrigerator door break easily?
The LED panel is installed inside the door as part of the MoodUP feature. However, the external door material has the same strength as a conventional glass refrigerator door, minimizing the risk of damage during normal use.

Clean the door panels using water wipes or a damp cloth, just like a regular refrigerator. The panels are designed to withstand moisture during routine cleaning.
